Returns and Exchanges

Notification of Defect:

We meticulously inspect all our products and ensure everything is perfect before dispatch. However, sometimes a mistake from our team or an unexpected reason may lead to a defect. If that happens, we’re here to make it right! In case you collect any order with some defect, then directly take the picture of defect and message our team 033658097978724 or email ziphyer.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Also give us the following information for investigating.
1. Order Number.
2. Picture or video and also description of the product.
3. Order slip.

Return Process:

We will give our Pakistani address for return. All charges for returning parcel will pay through company along with the defected parcel. For return follow below steps:
1. Alert us about any defect within 48 Hours, also attached the evidence of the defected parcel.
2. After getting approval deliver that item in same packaging and tag card.
3. When we collect the parcel first we’ll investigate the parcel, and give suggestion how this defect will solve, might be include replacement, store credit and refund (if eligible).

Refund or Replacements:

After getting parcel back company investigate the product and if there is any valid defect, company will replace the product or refund. But refund and replace only accepted when the defect is due to company. Customized dresses are unique creations, so we don’t offer refunds or replacements for them.
